Our Process

• 1. Pre-inspection of areas you desire to be cleaned.
• 2. Detailed vacuuming (if necessary).
• 3. Pre-treatment of any stains or spots that may be of concern to you.
• 4. Furniture is moved with care, so we may clean under it.
• 5. Furniture is then tabbed or blocked to protect the carpet and the furniture from moisture.
• 6. Pre-conditioner/cleaner is applied to the carpet with special attention to traffic areas.
• 7. Entire carpet is cleaned with truck mount steam cleaning at 230 Degrees with a cleaning wand and all soil particles and pollutants are flushed away from the carpet and captured in the recovery tank.
• 8. Post inspection and treatment of any remaining spots or stains.
